Lounge: Inviting large lounge area with leather suite, log burner effect fire, freeview TV, books, board games & kids TV games. Dining area is located in the bay window capturing pleasant views towards the countryside.

Dog Friendly: Dog friendly, "Pebbles" welcomes well behaved dogs ,they are allowed on several local beaches, including Woolacombe beach, there are also many magnificent walks with local pubs being dog friendly. "Heddon" Valley, just a short drive away has won best "dog walk" awards.- well worth a visit

Outside/Garden: Paved front garden with gravel and slabbed patio area with seating, incorporating countryside views. To the rear there is an enclosed courtyard area.

From M5 South take the Junction27 exit sign posted Tiverton A361. Stay on the A361 through Tiverton and on to Barnstaple, On the approach to Barnstaple turn right at the island sign posted Combe Martin, follow this road into Combe Martin High Street all the way down to the beach & seafront, follow the road up and round to your left. Continue until the last house on your right. The Knoll is situated on your left hand side. You can unload out the front of the property, then to park round the back turn back to the small turning opposite The Poplars, your parking space is by the yellow railings. The steps will take you down to your back door
